Mark Gordon is a conflict management and negotiation expert based in Boston.
He currently serves as director on Mercy Corps’ board.
Mark is managing director of Vantage Partners, a negotiation consulting firm. Previously, he was co-founder and chairman of Conflict Management Group, a think tank focused on innovative peacebuilding that merged with Mercy Corps in 2004, and the senior adviser to the Harvard Negotiation Project, a program aimed at improving conflict resolution and negotiation practices.
Mark is also co-author of the book “The Point of the Deal: How to Negotiate When ‘Yes’ is Not Enough.”
