Funding Opportunity: Strengthening Economic Growth in the Caribbean (SCEG)
Mercy Corps’ Strengthening Caribbean Economic Growth (SCEG) program is launching a small grants challenge to support organizations driving economic growth across the region.
Through this opportunity, up to 12 organizations will receive grants of up to $50,000 USD for projects that:
- Expand employment opportunities
- Strengthen micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs)
- Improve access to demand-driven inputs and services
Who can apply:
Registered organizations based in or working across the following Caribbean jurisdictions: Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, The Bahamas, Dominica, Grenada, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Suriname and Trinidad and Tobago
Project duration:
Up to 12 months

The official Request for Proposals (RFP) will be released on November 3rd, 2025, and will be due on November 24th, 2025 at 12pm AST (extended to December 15, 2025 for Jamaica only).
