Brief Project Description

Climate Adaptation and Resilience program is a 2-year initiative implemented by Mercy Corps in Wajir and Garissa counties. It seeks to strengthen rangeland ecosystem health by enhancing the uptake and use of digital information services and tools. 

Mercy Corps seeks a consultant to conduct a baseline survey that will establish the baseline for the program’s key indicators and provide guidance on how to measure program performance.
