Mercy Corps is a non-religious, non-profit and non-governmental international humanitarian organization.

 Mercy Corps in Ukraine is seeking a consultant or consulting firm to the NGO Platform to conduct a mapping exercise that aims to assess the current landscape of capacity-strengthening opportunities in Ukraine, identify areas of duplication and ongoing initiatives taken by INGOs, the UN, International Organizations, and institutional donors, and determine the gaps and needs that require targeted interventions.
