Mercy Corps in Palestine is looking for qualified, registered, and authorized educational service providers to submit an intent to bid form for the Non-Formal Education Component of Positive Youth Engagement (PYE) programs. The program seeks to find service provider(s) who specialize in providing non-formal activities, customized learning materials in the English language, math, and science subject areas, and capacity building initiatives to youth in grades 7-12 from at-risk communities.
