Brief Summary / Description of Project:

Mercy Corps is an international non-governmental humanitarian and development organization, operational in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) since August 2007 with a staff of approximately 400. The Mercy Corps country office is located in Goma with sub-offices in Bunia and Mambasa (ITURI Province), Beni (North Kivu) and Bukavu, Kavumu and Katana (South Kivu).

Mercy Corps' activities in DRC focus on the provision of water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) services in IDP camps and host communities, as well as large-scale WASH infrastructure and service delivery development in urban centers. Mercy Corps also implements food security, good governance support, and economic recovery programs with a growing trend toward transition and development programs.

Mercy Corps DRC intends to establish a Master Service Agreement with potential vouchers printing service providers who have the willingness, interest, capacity, and experience to engage in the implementation of AME and Food Fair coupon printing activities for Mercy Corps programs in DR Congo. Specifically, this request for Proposal aims to sign and Master Service agreement with voucher printing service providers who meet all operational requirements, are willing and able to work with Mercy Corps according to the specified contracts terms, to implement this activity, are committed to providing improved and good quality and secured vouchers and printing services
