Brief Summary Description of Project: Baseline assessment for the first phase of McGovern-Dole Food for Education Program in Uzbekistan will provide baseline values for several key program performance indicators, and will serve as a tailored needs assessment for 60 pre-schools, focusing on infrastructure, school governance and school staff capacity for each school entering the program to help guide program intervention. Target regions are the Autonomous Region of Karakalpakstan and the Surkhandarya Region in April– October 2021.
