Brief Project Description

Mercy Corps Sudan is looking for a consulting firm who can provide MEAL services.  The main purpose of this assignment is to evaluate program achievements towards meeting the objectives and targets and to assess relevance, effectiveness, impact, efficiency and sustainability of the program at program end. The evaluation will also generate recommendations for future programming.
