Brief Summary Description of Project:

Since 2019, the Plastic Upcycling Alliance (PUA) is a 3.5-year program implemented by Mercy Corps with support from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), which seeks to protect the natural beauty of Timor-Leste. The program’s goal is to support Timor-Leste on its path to ‘plastic neutral’ status.

Mercy Corps is looking for a qualified research and consulting firm (the “Consultants”) to study the economic, environmental, and social impacts of PUA’s intervention in Timor-Leste.

Mercy Corps invites interested and qualified funds to send proposals for the consulting services as per the tender instructions.
