Mercy Corps is a non-religious, non-profit and non-governmental international humanitarian organization.

Mercy Corps in Senegal is implementing the Productive Use of Electricity Facilitation Activity. This initiative aims to transform electricity access into tangible economic opportunities in the regions of Fatick, Kaolack, Kolda, Sédhiou, and Tambacounda, by supporting the adoption of modern equipment to boost productivity, strengthen local value chains, and improve the living conditions of rural populations.

The initial EOI was open from October 1 to October 15, 2025, and the current EOI is relaunched for the period from November 13 to November 20, 2025. Suppliers who have already submitted an Expression of Interest Form during the previous EOI period (October 1–15, 2025) are not required to resubmit a new form.
