Project Description:

CARE, Plan International, Mercy Corps and Save the Children International (SCI) are jointly seeking information from qualified suppliers and vendors for the provision of IT hardware equipment through a collaborative procurement initiative.

This RFI is part of a market engagement exercise aimed at better understanding supplier capabilities, delivery models, and service offerings that can support consistent and scalable IT hardware provisioning across multiple regions. The scope includes laptops, accessories, peripherals, networking equipment, and value-added services such as deployment, asset management, and lifecycle support.
