In its capacity as the Lead Agency for the Cash Consortium of Sudan (CCS) and host of the Secretariat team, Mercy Corps in Sudan is seeking to engage Financial Service Providers (FSPs) to support cash and voucher disbursements to humanitarian program participants across all locations in Sudan.
