Intent to Bid - Consultancy Firm interested in Evaluation of the SAFER Consortium - DRC

Brief Project Description

Mercy Corps DRC are seeking a regional or international consulting firm interested to work in DR Congo for the evaluation of the SAFER consortium. The overall objective of the evaluation is to establish the best timeline for SAFER interventions by ensuring they meet quality standards and minimize the risk of fraud and compliance breaches.

The evaluation is expected to include a desk review and KII{s and FDG´s in the field (North Kivu, Ituri, South Kivu/DRC) over a period of up to 30 days.
