This document presents an extract of a Value for Money (VfM) analysis conducted for Cash Based Intervention (CBI) in Sudan, focusing on multi-purpose cash assistance (MPCA) interventions from July 2024 to March 2025.

The intervention aimed to provide critical assistance to populations affected by conflict and displacement in Sudan, focusing on multi-sectoral emergency support. The intervention was implemented across eight regions, targeting vulnerable individuals with cash assistance.

This study aims to:

  • Provide an overview of the Efficiency, Effectiveness and Equity of the intervention.
  • Add to the existing VfM evidence in MPCA interventions.
