This brief from the Zurich Flood Resilience Alliance, of which Mercy Corps is a member, presents lessons drawn from a Post Event Review Capability (PERC) study of the 2019 Cyclone Idai and Cyclone Kenneth impacts in Mozambique, Zimbabwe, and Malawi.
