Women Filmmakers Week Closing Night with Film Director Sephora Woldu

The PCC Cascade Festival of African Films (CFAF) will close their 30th festival with the zany, zestful film-cum-musical, Life is Fare, the first Eritrean film to be shown at CFAF. They are delighted to have film director Sephora Woldu in Portland to present her film, which explores three wildly different perspectives on the nation of Eritrea. Please join us for a joyful musical ride through the streets of San Francisco, courtesy of the fictional, recently arrived, bewildered and homesick Eritrean taxi driver Haile and the mind of Sephora Woldu.

In English and Tigrinya with English subtitles.
