A powerful tsunami struck the Sunda Strait, Indonesia on 22 December. More than 430 people are reported dead and hundreds more are injured or missing. Nearly 27,000 people have had to leave their homes and need food, water and shelter. This is the latest in a series of natural disasters that have struck the region. Mercy Corps Indonesia is responding to help those in hard-hit areas.
