Mercy Corps is seeking potential suppler(s) to sign a Master Purchase Agreement (MPA) for the supply of Shelter construction materials for the communities affected by the conflict in Borno State, the North East Nigeria. Mercy Corps invites sealed bids from legally registered companies as described in section 5.2.
