Winter for refugees

As many Syrian refugees spend their fourth winter away from home, we're concerned about harsh weather and unsafe conditions for refugees living in camps and in host communities.

Without enough warm clothes, families aren't prepared for freezing temperatures or winter storms — and thin tents or damaged living spaces do little to protect them from the elements.

We're working to make sure that families stay safe, healthy and warm this winter. Our work includes rehabilitating damaged shelters and providing gas heaters, household supplies, warm blankets and clothing to refugee families.
