Myriam serves as Mercy Corps’ Vice President of Innovation. She has worked in the international development field for over 20 years. She brings extensive on-the-ground experience in fragile and conflict-affected countries, a commitment to partnership and impact as well as a track-record leading dynamic teams and enterprise-level change. Her VP role includes leading teams and systems changes to drive effective and efficient breakthrough solutions, achieving impact at scale for some of the world’s toughest humanitarian and development challenges. Earlier in her career, Myriam managed large projects and teams in the Balkans and Caucasus. More recently, she oversaw Mercy Corps’ New Initiatives team, and then directed the agency’s 50-person Technical Support Unit. Myriam has an undergraduate degree from Brown University.
