This post-project independent evaluation of Mercy Corps' Market Improvements and Innovative Linkages (MILK) program in Niger tracks resilience outcomes among program participants from the completion of the program through the 2012 food crisis. Findings indicate that entrepreneurial training for women and support to dairy cooperatives made the most difference in helping participants cope with the recent food crisis.
