Somalia is facing its worst famine in more than 50 years and the United Nations warned it could kill some 800,000 children. Ray Suarez speaks with Mercy Corps' Jeremy Konynkyk and the Atlantic Council's Peter Pham about the many domestic and international factors limiting the amount of aid reaching people in need.
