Lewis and Clark for Japan's fundraising page for Help Survivors of Japan's Earthquake

On March 11, 2011 the northern part of Japan was hit by a 9.0 earthquake.

Many of us Japanese students who are studying here at Lewis & Clark were shocked and shaken by the news. Many of us were unable to contact parents and family for several days and we were unable to sleep soundly.
The aftermath of this quake is devastating and unbelievable. We feel both hopeless and useless, just watching the news online.

Although we are far away from our homeland, we believe we should stand together and help in anyway we can. We are here to support Japan and the people in crisis. We hope you can also be part of our movement to bring back hope, peace and light to our country, the land of the rising sun.

There have been so many losses. We hope you will help us to help Japan.
