Message from Cranes for a Cause

You've seen the heart-wrenching images of Japan's cataclysmic earthquake and tsunami. Entire villages have been swept away. Hundreds of thousands of people are displaced.

Mercy Corps is working with our longstanding partner, Peace Winds, to help families affected by the disaster. Your donation will be used to meet immediate and longer-term needs of earthquake survivors.

Join us on Sunday, March 27th, 12-5p to make senbazuru (1000 origami cranes) as a symbol of hope and peace for the people of Japan. This event is free and open to the public and paper and folding instructions will be provided. Monetary donations will be accepted on behalf of Mercy Corps. The "Cranes for a Cause" event is at Pop Culture, 1929 Main St., Vancouver, WA 98660.

Thank you!
