On March 11, 2011 at 2:46PM local time, one of the strongest earthquakes in recorded history, followed by a tsunami of apocalyptic proportions, killed thousands and left tens of thousands homeless in Japan. And the tragedy does not end there. Hundreds of communities are still without electricity, gas, or even food or running water.

We can help to begin the healing.

To help etch this day in history, when so many of our neighbors died and survivors faced conditions of unimaginable strife, we have created a cycling jersey to honor those killed - many of them swept away by a 20 foot wall of water - and show our support for survivors. This jersey is both a celebration of the resilience of the quake survivors as well as a reminder of the day the most earthquake and tsunami prepared communities in the world were faced with nothing the world had ever witnessed before. In an effort to provide scarce necessities such as water, food, medicine and shelter to the victims of this earthquake, we are donating 20% of all sales to Mercy Corps.

The jersey can be purchased online at:

Mercy Corps is working to help survivors of Japan's earthquake and tsunami with our longstanding partner, Peace Winds. Your donation will be used to meet immediate and longer-term needs of earthquake survivors.

Thank you!
