We'll hear from a Red Cross doctor who's been running an orthopedic rehabilitation center in Afghanistan for 20 years. A Mercy Corps' food security director tells us about humanitarian conditions. Penny Anderson is Mercy Corps' food security director. She was Afghanistan's deputy country director for Mercy Corps from 2004-2006. She just returned last week from her most recent visit to Afghanistan.
