NPR's Here and Now: Disabled and Iraq

There are two million disabled Iraqis -- the result of war, birth defects, or disease. With a war raging, an American woman, who gets around by wheelchair, hopes to help Iraq's disabled population. We speak with Tiana Tozer, who has been working in Baghdad running a disability and gender equality program for the group, Mercy Corps.
