Sending you and the people of Haiti positive thoughts and wishes for strength while you navigate these brutal circumstances. I was glad to see you arrived so soon, Cassandra, and I am confident that with your drive and focus, progress will be made. I hope you find bits of time to rest your weary body and mind so that you can keep going with the overwhelming effort.

May a fierce and mighty energy flow through all those who are on location helping, and especially for the Haitians as they endure this most heart-spearing time and find their way to re-build their lives.

Cassandra, I admire you so much! When the TV asks about "hereos", you come to mind. Your sacrifice and your hard work will be rewarded someday, I'm sure of that! How do you stay sane and on an "even keel" emotionally? It must be incredibly stressful to attempt to help so many desperate people. The conditions are so dire there, it just seems so sad and grindingly tough. I send my best thoughts to you and your friends who are so selfless and caring. You motivated me to donate through your interview on CNN. You are truly one of the greatest Americans alive today!
